When/where will the annual CERIS conference be held? Portland, Oregon April 21-23, 2026

Are there sponsorship opportunities for the 2026 conference? Yes, there will be four (4) levels of sponsorship available:

What is the cost to attend the conference? Costs associated with the conference will depend on the time of registration:

What is included in my registration? 2026 Conference registration fees include access to the General Session, social events/receptions (unless otherwise noted), complimentary meals (as provided), as well as networking opportunities with industry colleagues, government specialists, and CERIS staff in attendance.

Will there be a virtual attendance option? This conference will take place in-person only.

Can I bring a plus-one to the conference? Yes! You are welcome to bring additional people with you to the Portland Conference. However, conference attendance and social activities/events may incur an additional expense. Please contact a CERIS representative for additional information.

Can I register onsite? Yes, there will be an opportunity to register onsite at the conference. Onsite registration will be $1,000 for the full conference or $350 for individual day(s) and can be completed at the CERIS Conference registration desk.

Will presentations and speaker slides be available after the conference? Yes, speaker slides for conference topics will be available online within the ALSTAR and NPIRS subscription sites if/when provided by the speaker.

What is the dress code for the conference? The dress code is business casual. Ties and similar attire are not required but feel free to wear what makes you feel comfortable.

Will an attendee list be available? Yes, CERIS will provide an attendee list at the registration desk as well as electronically via email.

Is there a mobile event app? Yes, all attendees will receive instructions prior to the conference on how to download the mobile event app. While we will provide a printed Schedule Insert at the Registration Desk, the app will include the most current schedule, as well as session materials, such as agendas, speaker information, and attendee information.

What is the closest airport to the host hotel? Portland International Airport (PDX)

What is the average weather in PORTLAND, OREGON in April? Portland, OR typically experiences mild, transitional weather with a mix of sunshine and frequent, light "April showers". Average temperatures range from cool lows (41-44*F) to comfortable highs (61-62*F).

Does the host hotel have an airport shuttle? There is NOT an airport shuttle but Portland does have various rideshare/taxi options available along with a light rail (red line) that will take you to/from the airport to the Oak/ SW 1st Ave stop which is roughly three blocks (0.2 mi) from the hotel.
