The Nebraska Prevention Information Reporting System (NPIRS) is an internet based Minimum Data System (MDS) designed to collect and report prevention activity in the state of Nebraska. NPIRS collects community level data for the Federal Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant and the Strategic Prevention Initiative – State Incentive Grant – (SPF-SIG), the Drug Free Communities Act and the Drug Free Schools and Community Act administered through the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.
