PRRCS

The Program for Regulatory, Reporting, and Certification Services (PRRCS) is designed as a collaborative partnership platform between the Center for Environmental and Regulatory Information Systems (CERIS) at Purdue University and the State Department of Agriculture. This platform will be developed, enhanced, and maintained by CERIS with continuous input from agency stakeholders and end users to ensure it meets evolving operational needs.

PRRCS will modernize regulatory workflows by replacing paper-based processes with secure, web-based tools that provide real-time data access. This enables agency personnel to retrieve critical information anytime and anywhere, improving efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.

System Capabilities

PRRCS will support and streamline key division activities through modular system components, including:

What Makes PRRCS Different

PRRCS offers a unique, partnership-based approach that eliminates many of the traditional cost barriers associated with enterprise software solutions. Unlike conventional systems, PRRCS is designed to be both cost-effective and continuously evolving alongside agency needs.

Key differentiators include:

This pricing model allows agencies to focus resources on program operations rather than system overhead, while still benefiting from a modern, fully supported platform.

PRRCS represents a modern, collaborative approach to regulatory system management. By partnering with CERIS, agencies gain access to a continually evolving platform that adapts to their needs while reducing administrative burden and improving service delivery.
