The National Pesticide Information Retrieval System (NPIRS®) is operated and maintained by the Center for Environmental and Regulatory Information Systems. CERIS is a center under the administration of the Department of Entomology at Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana. By searching the NPIRS websites, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.
NPIRS may terminate or suspend access to our websites immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Use. Violators may be subject to civil suit, criminal charges and/or penalties and fines.
NPIRS reserves the right to revoke or deny subscriptions to individuals or organizations deemed as competitors that produce similar systems and/or websites. Likewise, subscriptions may be revoked or denied to individuals or companies seeking to provide NPIRS information to competitor companies.

All aspects of the NPIRS websites including the design, layout, organization, implementation, and information obtained are the intellectual property of Purdue University and are copyrighted and protected by United States and international copyright laws and treaty provisions. Users may access, download, print, and distribute information from the NPIRS websites solely for internal organizational use. Consultant companies that conduct NPIRS searches for others may provide printed or electronic search results to their clients.
No entitlement of information obtained from the NPIRS websites is transferred to users as a result of accessing, downloading, or printing information. Users may not sell, publish, license, or create derivative works from NPIRS information, without prior written permission from NPIRS.
The NPIRS website contains information pertaining to pesticides either currently or previously licensed for distribution and sale in the United States and is provided for informational purposes only. Information derived from NPIRS websites does not constitute a label replacement or a recommendation. Before applying any pesticide, applicators must determine if the product under consideration is correct for the intended use site. Always check the container/package label to determine if the intended use site is included on the label. Read and follow label instructions before using any pesticide product.
While NPIRS strives to provide and maintain accurate and timely information, the accuracy and timeliness of the data cannot be guaranteed. Information derived from the NPIRS websites is based on U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) federal data and registration data obtained from individual states. NPIRS does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data or external links contained in the NPIRS websites.
NPIRS does not correct or modify federal or state data identified as incorrect or incomplete. Requests for corrections or changes to federal or state data may be submitted to the NPIRS staff for redirection to the respective data sources, that being the EPA or individual states.
NPIRS maintains the privilege and the right to make changes to their websites at any time without notice.
